This is an interactive workshop where students will develop a better understanding of the rhythm approach to Brazilian music.
They will experience and feel the Brazilian swing by playing their primary instrument (whether melodic or from the rhythm section) or singing.
The students will also be exposed to playing easy patterns on a secondary instrument (i.e. percussion) in order to better understand the interaction between the rhythm section and the melody on this style.
